This workshop aims to help future leaders build creative problem solving skills, greater empathy and develop their innovation mindsets. Through the conversation with disabled man in wheelchair, student leaders acquired knowledge of different fields and learnt to change their mindset. They tried to look at the problems with a new perspective. Finally, they needed to turn problems and challenges into feasible innovative solutions.
