OLC Reading Carnival@World Book Day 2019

To celebrate World Book Day 2019, a Reading Carnival was held at the Hall during lunch time on 11th April. To encourage students to read detective and crime stories that can keep brains stimulated through unfolding all the events and twists in the story, we set up 6 game stalls, including ‘Escape Room’ and ‘Suspect Shooting’ as well as eGame stall called the ‘Locked Room’. This required the participants to read for the clues to crack the cases. Participants could also make a unique bookmark in the carnival. The event was overwhelmingly successful and not only students from OLC but also OLP students did immensely enjoy the fun and pleasure of reading.
