Fancy Cookies Competition

Through this competition, students were able to gain a simulated business operation experience.  They were also taught how to make healthy cookies.  To arouse the awareness of helping the needy, all profits earned were donated to the charity.

Salt & Light Tour - Experiencing the fishing village traditions at Tai O

Embarked on a fascinating day tour at Tai O, a picturesque traditional fishing village in Hong Kong,  students immersed themselves in the age-old art of making salted eggs, where they experienced the intricate process and rich history behind this culinary tradition of the Tanka.  Entering Our Lady of Perpetual Help Chapel, students were greeted by the stunning three-metre long statue of Sleeping St. Joseph, signifying the devotion and faith of St. Joseph. Experiencing the joy of a day filled with cultural discoveries and hands-on activities, students strolled through the stilt houses built above the river bed, marvelled at the diverse biodiversity that thrived in the surrounding mangroves and waterways.  

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Fun Week
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Fun Week was successfully held. Students learnt SDGs through a series of interesting and educational activities organized by the Student Association, including games, exhibition, video shows. There was also a talk delivered by Phoebe Lam form Impact Partners HK. Through the SDGs week, student have a better understanding of the SDGs and the knowledge to tackle global challenges.
