Through this competition, students were able to gain a simulated business operation experience. They were also taught how to make healthy cookies. To arouse the awareness of helping the needy, all profits earned were donated to the charity.
Through the visit to the Mills, students were able to learn more about how the government revitalised industrial buildings. They were also able to understand the development and transformation of Hong Kong economy and some new emerging industries in Hong Kong.
