Fancy Cookies Competition

Through this competition, students were able to gain a simulated business operation experience.  They were also taught how to make healthy cookies.  To arouse the awareness of helping the needy, all profits earned were donated to the charity.

In the mobile lab workshops, S1 students have learnt how to extract DNA from bacteria.S5 Chemistry students have learnt about the basic concept of gel filtration chromatography, and its applicationwhile the S5 biology students have learnt how to purify protein samples from a colorful mixture using gel filtration chromatography.
